Using the site
Content is informational. You may not use the site to break the law, to disrupt it, or to pretend to be the desk.
Intellectual property
Notes, the name, and the graphics belong to the desk. Do not copy or redistribute a research call.
Liability and law
The desk is not liable for a loss that follows from using a research note, or for an error in market data. These terms follow Indian law. Courts at Bhopal have jurisdiction, subject to SEBI’s grievance and ODR routes.
Nature of the service
The service is research and recommendations based on public information and the desk’s own work. It is not portfolio management, not demat handling, not profit sharing, and not a loss-recovery plan. It is not personalised investment advice.
Most important terms
- The analyst cannot buy or sell for the client. Do not share login access.
- The fee cap set by SEBI applies to individual and HUF clients and excludes statutory tax.
- Advance fees stay within the period SEBI allows, currently one quarter.
- On an early close, only the unused period is refunded. There is no breakage fee.
- No scheme of assured, fixed, or guaranteed return is offered.
- Past calls are not a forecast of the next one.
