What the records are for
- To provide the research you subscribed to and to renew it.
- To complete KYC and keep the records SEBI requires.
- To answer a grievance.
- To process a fee through a banking channel.
Sharing
Records may be shared with SEBI, the exchange, or a supervisory body when the law requires it, and with the payment, hosting, or messaging vendor that actually delivers the service. They are not sold for marketing.
Your requests
You can ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion that the retention rules allow, and you can opt out of promotional messages. Essential service mail can still be sent. Write to the support address. Records are kept for at least five years, or longer if a matter is open.
