Checks
No service and no fee without completed KYC. Clients are screened against applicable sanctions lists. Payments must come from an account in the client’s own name. Third-party payments and cash are refused.
Monitoring
Split payments, a refusal to explain the source of funds, and a mismatch between the profile and the fee are treated as red flags. Where the law requires it, a suspicious transaction report is filed. The client is not told that a report was filed.
